Welcome

  Camelback High School

Success Is Mandatory for All Students, No Exceptions!

Dear Parents, Community Members, Students, and Supporters of Camelback High School:

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Camelback High School website. If you are the parent or guardian of a prospective Camelback Spartan and are in need of specific information about Camelback High School, Camelback Montessori College Preparatory (CMCP), Camelback Virtual School, Camelback Engineering, or any other of our innovative programs or specialty schools, please contact our counseling department. We are currently enrolling students at all grade levels.

Camelback Montessori College Preparatory is full.  There is a waiting list of qualified candidates.  Please find more information related to CMCP under the Academics tab.

Camelback's graduation was on Wednesday, May 22nd, at the Phoenix Memorial Coliseum. We graduated 324 students - more graduates than any other year in nearly a decade!

The Class of 2013 has shattered all previous scholarship records and is now at over $3.3 million in scholarship offerings.  Congratulations to our graduates!

Camelback High School is truly an amazing place to be!  This is a completely different learning community.  If you visited or sent children to Camelback 15, 10, 5, or even 2 years ago, you will be amazed.  From the moment you walk on campus, you will see and feel the difference.  This is due in large part to our collective commitment to our CBHS Campus Climate Initiative: Clean, Beautiful, Happy, and Safe.

We match our amazing climate with new, rigorous academic programming, 15 AP courses, multiple AVID classes, an Advisory period, and a peer tutoring program that we call, "Success Is Mandatory."  We also have a coffee bar, the CB College Commons with multiple pool tables, ping pong tables, and air hockey tables, and will soon open a sand volleyball court in the front courtyard - currently under construction!  All are welcome to come visit and be a part of this remarkable community.

Spartan Fever ... it’s growing!  Stop by and catch it today!
